A trained ABRAHAM, JAMES technician performs your service using our proprietary The Natural® cleaning solution and HCE process.

Re-clean or Refund
If any area doesn’t meet your expectations, we’ll re-clean it free of charge — or refund you in full.

- Customer-cancelled or missed appointments
- Third-party damage after the technician leaves
How a claim works

Call us within 14 days
Tell us the area you’re not happy with. The sooner the better.

We book a re-visit
A technician returns at no charge to re-clean the affected area.

We walk it with you
We inspect the result together and make sure it meets the ABRAHAM, JAMES standard.

Still not right? Refund
If you’re still not satisfied after the re-clean, we refund you in full.
